Our approach
We are community based physicians providing quality, patient-centered health care. We encourage patients to take ownership of their own health, and we are guides and advocates on their journey to better health. We are educators to our patients , and help manage decisions, expectations regarding acute and chronic conditions. We believe in preventative care and it is at the heart of family medicine. From the first newborn visit after leaving the hospital, to the discussions of comfort care of patients at the end of their life, we represent continuity of care, and a life long relationship.
